In the course of the preparatory study, two stakeholder meetings will be organised. Stakeholders who are registered on this website will receive an Email invitation for the meetings. Any stakeholder meeting is subject to confirmation of room availability at the European Commission. Please do not make your travel arrangement before receiving the final agenda about 4 weeks prior to the meeting.
Second stakeholder meeting
The second stakeholder meeting will focus on the MEErP Tasks 5 to 7 (environment and economics; design options; and policy scenarios).
